Q: Can you share with us what made you decide to have a career in Real Estate?
PG:
My husband and I bought our first home in NE back in 2002 and we were rather upset at the Realtor who kept pushing us to get requalify for a higher mortgage using a different type of loan rather than our VA loan and we are glad we decided to stay with what we could afford. Now I look back and think to myself, “was that Realtor looking out for our best interest or just theirs? I told myself that day that I will never want to be a pushy agent. I won’t want someone losing a home because they could not afford it. I rather be honest and professional, humble, and kind.

Q: Do you specialize in certain types of properties?
PG:
Most of my dealings in real estate have been single family homes.

Q: Can you share with our audience what Buyers & Sellers can expect when they work with you?
PG:
My buyers and sellers can expect me to give them a 110%. Here is what to expect, that I will always keep you inform every step of the way, And if I do not know the answer, I will find out and get back to you.

Q: What are some of the Real Estate organizations you’re a member of?
PG:
National Associations of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Denver Metro Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors (North Metro Denver)

Q: If we interviewed all your past clients … what is “one” common word that comes up when they describe working with you?  
PG:
Patient. 

Q: How do you help first time buyers come to a decision?
PG:
My question to them is “Can you see yourself living in this home?”. “Does this home check mark all the boxes”?

Q: What’s one lesson you’ve learned in your career that you can share with our audience?
PG:
Always stay on top of everything in the transaction. From the beginning till the end. Every transaction is different, and every client has their own needs /wants. 

Q: Can you tell our audience one of your most memorable moments in your career
PG:
Getting to the closing table. Every closing still gives me butterflies in my stomach. Because I know I have help someone become a homeowner. Best feeling ever!

Q: Which woman inspires you and why?
PG:
Barbara Corcoran – She is a businesswoman, good mindset. She made something out of nothing. Built a successful business. (Real Estate)

1. If you could talk to one famous person past or present, who would it be and why?
CoCo Chanel – Many may say, why her? She created fashion. Revolutionized women’s clothing. 

2. Favorite City? 
San Diego, California.

That is where I got married, First city I came to when I migrated to United States. 

3. What's your favorite zoo animal? 
I have a lot of favorites, but a lioness is my favorite.

She does have more power than a lion. She can be gentle yet brave.

4. Would you rather vacation in Hawaii or Alaska, and why?
Hawaii. Growing up on an island, I love the palm trees swaying, the warmth of the sun.
